- Tempered Glassis one kind of safety glass produced by heating flat glass to 700℃. Then on its surface forms the compressive stress and suddenly cool down the surface evenly. According to different disposal methods, tempered glass can be defined as Total-Tempered Glass and Semi-Tempered Glass. Under outside strike, Semi-Tempered Glass is broken like ordinary glass, but its intension strength is 2 times to ordinary glass. Under the same thickness, the anti-strike strength of Total-Tempered Glass is 5 times to ordinary glass.
- The characteristics: high anti-strike strength, hard to break and harmless to persons; fine anti-flash heat can resist 200℃ tolerance.
